HR Automation: Candidates, Onboarding & Policies | Claritty

Nobody ignored them.
Everybody forgot.

Candidates who applied a week ago, interviews with no feedback, paperwork never returned. It finds them and gives you one list — before another day passes.

Included in every plan · it finds them, you answer them.

The flow

The waiting, found

Watch it work through the week in the Team Room: who applied about a week ago and has heard nothing, which interviews were never written up, who still owes documents, and which policies have no record of being signed. You read it like a chat.

Your part

One list, and the replies stay yours

Instead of a mailbox you keep meaning to go back through, you get the short list of people currently waiting on an answer, longest first. What you send them is still written by you — which for this department is the whole point.

Under the hood

Six of the eight just read your mailbox

For most teams, hiring, time off and paperwork live in an inbox rather than a system. So that is where it looks — matching interviews to feedback, pulling dates out of leave requests, spotting who never sent their documents back. Asana and Notion are read too, where you keep onboarding and policies.

Questions people leads ask

What does the people team actually do?

It finds the people quietly waiting on someone. Each weekday it looks for applications that arrived five to seven days ago and lists who has still heard nothing. On Fridays it matches the week of interviews against written feedback and names the ones with none, while people still remember the interview. It collects the week of time-off requests into one list to approve, reads what onboarding still holds, chases the paperwork new starters have not returned, and once a month finds the policies nobody has signed.

Does it email candidates on its own?

No. Every HR automation in the catalog reads and then reports to you — the list goes to your inbox or to Slack, and the reply is yours to send. That is deliberate for this department in particular: a rejection or a chase from an automation is worse than a slow one from a person.

It reads our recruitment mail. Is that safe?

Credentials are KMS-encrypted and brokered server-side, so they never reach app code, and each team runs in its own isolated runtime with its own database. Apps are composed from a vetted capability catalog rather than freeform code written against your mailbox. See our security page for the full picture.

We do not use an ATS. Does that matter?

No, and that is the point. Six of the eight read the mailbox you already have, because for most teams below a few hundred people that is where hiring, time off and paperwork actually live. Asana and Notion are used where you keep onboarding and policies, if you keep them there.

What does it cost?

Included in every Claritty plan, the team runs on your plan’s monthly credit balance. Start free, upgrade when it earns it.
