Email triage automation
Every morning it reads your recent mail, decides what actually needs you, and leaves a draft reply waiting. It never sends anything itself.
The work this replaces
You open your inbox and spend the first part of the day deciding what matters. Most of it does not need a reply. A few things do, and those are the ones that get buried under everything that does not. The deciding is the work, and it happens again tomorrow.
What happens on each run
It reads your recent mail
One agent reviews the inbox on a schedule. It reads the actual messages rather than matching a sender list or a subject rule.
It classifies and prioritises each message
Every message gets a classification and a priority, so the run tells you what came in and what is worth your attention.
It drafts a reply for the few that need one
Not for everything. It drafts only where a reply is genuinely warranted, which is what keeps the queue short enough to be worth reading.
Each draft waits as pending
Every draft is saved for you to approve. You read it, edit it, send it or bin it.
It never sends anything itself. Every reply is a pending draft until you approve it, so the worst outcome of a bad run is a draft you delete.
Questions people ask
Will it email people without me?
No. The agent has no send capability. It saves each reply as a pending draft, and sending is your action. That is a property of how the app is built, not a setting you have to remember to leave on.
Does it need a new email client or a helpdesk?
No. It connects to Gmail and works on the inbox you already have. There is nothing to migrate and no new place to check.
How is this different from Gmail filters or a rule?
A filter matches a pattern you defined in advance, so it can sort by sender or subject but cannot tell whether a message needs a reply. This reads the content and makes that call, then writes the reply.
What happens to the mail it decides does not need a reply?
Nothing. It is classified and reported in the run so you can see what came in, but it is left alone. The automation does not archive, label or delete on your behalf.
